  Payment Details

Payments are only accepted in euros. No registration will be processed without payment. Payments should be made via bank transfer. Payment via credit card will not be accepted. In order to avoid misunderstandings, participants are kindly requested to clearly indicate their name and address on the registration form. Bank charges are the responsibility of the sender. Please note the deadlines for the different congress fees as shown on the registration form.

  Cancellation Policy

The registration fee, minus EUR 20 for administrative expenses, will be returned to any participant unable to attend the congress if written notice has been sent to the Congress Organisation before 1 September 2009 (official registration deadline).

  Confirmation of Registration

After payment, you will receive a confirmation of the registration with necessary details about the congress.

 

Congress Dinner

"Sektkellerei Kupferberg" is one of the most famous producers of sparkling wine in the world. During the congress dinner you will have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour through the wonderful old and traditional buildings and enjoy an unforgettable evening in the "Fürst-von-Bismarck-Saal" with excellent food and drinks.

Shuttle service will be provided from the congress hotels as follows:

Departures: Hyatt Regency: 06.30 p.m. · Favorite Parkhotel: 06.40 p.m.
“Sektkellerei Kupferberg” is a short walk from the Novotel Mainz.
Return: Scheduled between 11.00 and 11.30 p.m.

Costs for attending the dinner: EUR 80 per person

Pre-registration is required for this event. No tickets will be available
on the door.
